Greg is responsible for the Borrower and Broker relationships and managing the loan process from end to end.

He has spent his career in property finance and has extensive experience working in senior management roles within a Top 4 Bank and a major Brokerage firm. Greg lives and breaths property and understands the market, borrower and investor pain points. He has extensive market experience and his industry network ensure solid outcomes.

Alf Kant

Alfis responsible for Investor relationships and Risk Management. Alf has over 40 years experience in finance and real estate, he was a founder of Rosenfeld Kant and Co and sat on the board of Howard Financial Holdings Limited.

Alf’s experience in private lending and mortgage management consulting with sophisticated investors enable him to accurately access risk and deliver solid returns.
